About my Practice
My work is based in leading trauma informed interventions like Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Dr. Stephen Porges Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). In session, I offer a multifaceted experience combining traditional psychotherapy methods and NEW mind-body therapies like Energy Psychology or Cognitive Somatic Practices. Beyond our therapy goals, I invite us to deepen your relationship with all parts of yourself, others and the world.
My practice is a culmination of my formal and personal experiences. Like me, it is always growing. My work is deep-rooted in caring for the mind-body's emotional experiences and memories. The core of my work is to assist individuals, couples, and groups to release the cause and effects of past traumatic experiences and stress-related issues. Feel lighter, and gather new meaningful experiences.
In our professional relationship, you are also my teacher. It's an honour for me to hold space and light with unconditional focused presence. I like to say that what is important to you is important to me. I believe you, and in you. I trust in your capacity to know safety, love and belonging no matter what has happened in your life.
I am an ongoing student of ACIM. Currently, I am studying Silva's Ultra Mind System, Internal Family Systems' Theory, ACT Therapy and I have growing interest in German New Medicine (GNM).
